CBU-ASD Control Unit

CBU-ASD is a wireless control unit for LED drivers with 0-10V, 1-10V or DALI dimming interface. The control output can be configured either as analogue 0-10V (and 1-10V) or as a digital standalone DALI control interface.

When the output is configured as Standalone DALI [1], CBU-ASD acts both as a controller and as a power supply making it possible to connect directly to an LED driver with DALI interface without the need for an external DALI power supply. This so-called Standalone DALI makes it possible to implement multi-channel lighting systems with adjustable color (RGB) or color temperature, while keeping the wiring and number of components at their minimum.

CBU-ASD is controlled wirelessly with Casambi smartphone and tablet applications using Bluetooth 4.0 protocol. Devices form automatically a secure wireless mesh network so that a large number of fixtures can be controlled from any point. No external gateway module is needed. CBU-ASD can be controlled also from a standard on/off wall switches.

CBU-TED Bluetooth Controllable Dimmer

CBU-TED is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled trailing-edge dimmer for operation of incandescent lamps, dimmable LED lamps and dimmable LED control gear. It can be installed behind a traditional wall switch, inside a luminaire or into a ceiling outlet box. Maximum allowable ambient temperature must be observed.

Wireless control

CBU-TED can be controlled with Casambi app, available for iOS and Android devices, as well as with traditional wall switches. The Casambi app can be downloaded free of charge from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Different Casambi enabled products can be used as a simple one luminaire direct control to a complete and full-featured light control system where up to 127 units (Classic) or 250 units (Evolution) form automatically an intelligent mesh network.

CBU-DCS Bluetooth Controllable DALI Controller

CBU-DCS is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled DALI controller. CBU-DCS does not have its own power supply. Instead, it is powered directly from a DALI bus.

CBU-DCS can be used with a DALI sensor for presence detection or daylight harvesting, or it can be used for controlling DALI drivers that have an integrated DALI bus power supply. When used with drivers it supports range of options, including Device Type 6, Device Type 8, Tuneable white control and RGB control.

CBU-DCS has two sets of connectors. These connectors are internally connected in parallel with each other. This way the DALI bus can be routed through the product for easy installation.

CBU-A2D Bluetooth controllable 2ch 0-10V/DALI Controller

CBU-A2D is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled 2 channel 0-10V/DALI controller. CBU-A2D has a universal 100-277 VAC input voltage range.

CBU-A2D can control one or two 0-10V controllable LED drivers, or it can control a tunable white LED driver with two 0-10V control interfaces. The product can also be configured into a DALI mode where it can be connected to a DALI LED driver or DALI sensor for the presence and/or daylight harvesting functions.

CBU-A2D can be controlled with Casambi app which can be downloaded free of charge from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Different Casambi enabled products can be used from a simple one luminaire direct control to a complete and full-featured light control system where up to 250 units form automatically an intelligent mesh network.

CBU-PWM4 Bluetooth Controllable Dimmer

CBU-PWM4 is a Bluetooth controllable, Casambi enabled four channel PWM dimmer for constant voltage LED loads, such as LED strips and constant voltage LED modules. It is connected between a 12-24 VDC power supply and the constant voltage LED load.

CBU-PWM4 can control up to four channels making it an ideal partner for RGBW and tunable white (TW) applications. The maximum combined output current is 6 A which can be freely divided between 1 -4 channels. CBU-PWM4 is protected against overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit situations.

CBU-PWM4 can be controlled with Casambi app which can be downloaded free of charge from Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Different Casambi enabled products can be used from a simple one luminaire direct control to a complete and full-featured light control system where up to 127 units (Classic) or 250 units (Evolution) form automatically an intelligent mesh network.

CBU-ASR Bluetooth controllable 2ch 0-10V Controller

CBU-ASR is a multi-purpose wireless control unit. It has two 0-10 VDC outputs. For tunable white applications, it is an ideal match for one or two-channel dim-to-off drivers that provide auxiliary power. It can also be used with industry-standard power packs to turn on and off large electrical loads.

The CBU-ASR can be configured to control 2 single-channel drivers or 1 multi-channel drivers. Both 0-10 VDC channels can be configured to control 2 channels of brightness or one channel can control brightness and one channel can control the temperature.

The CBU-ASR also has a sensor input which works with all standard low voltage occupancy sensors. The sensor input can also be configured to accept a signal from a light sensor.

Casambi Xpress

Xpress is a wireless user interface that can be configured via the Casambi app. The four target buttons can control a scene or an animation of the user’s choise or simply one luminaire, one luminaire group or all lamps together if so desired.

Xpress has buttons for dimming. By once tapping the ‘dim down’ button the chosen luminaire or luminaire group will go to 0%. When the ‘dim up’ button is once tapped the luminaire or luminaire group will instead go to 100%. By holding one of the dim-buttons the luminaire or luminaire group will dim smoothly.

Xpress has also up/down buttons that can either control the colour temperature if the luminaire in question has a tunable white- option or the up/down ratio if the luminaire in question has vertical control options. For the colour temperature control a tap on the ‘up’ button will set the colour temperature to the luminaire’s warmest colour level as well as a tap on the ‘down’ button to the coldest colour level. By holding the buttons the colour temperature will change smoothly in steps of 25 Kelvin. For the vertical control the ‘up’ button will dim the indirect lighting up and the direct lighting down, while the ‘down’ button will dim the direct lighting up and the indirect lighting down. The sum of the indirect and direct ratio is always 100%.

Xpress comes with a wall mounting plate. The switch can be attached to the plate as it is equipped with magnets.
